摘要:
eⅡ优315系福建农林大学作物遗传育种研究所采用长穗颈不育系Ⅱ-32 eA与FR315组配而成的高产优质e-杂交稻组合。本文研究了eⅡ优315的分蘖动态、农艺性状及产量构成等生物学特性,结果表明,eⅡ优315株高133.5 cm,全生育期为145 d;实割产量8350.5 kg·hm-2,比对照品种汕优63增产10.1%,达显著水平。本文还对eⅡ优315的高产栽培技术进行了总结。
Abstract:
The eⅡyou 315 was a high yield and high quality e-hybrid rice developed from the CMS eA lines Ⅱ-32eA as the female parent and the new restorer line FR315 as the male parent by Institute of Genetics and Crop Breeding of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University.In this paper,the developing of tiller,agronomic characteristics and yield traits of eⅡyou 315 and Shanyou 63(CK) were studied.The result showed that the plant height of eⅡyou 315 was 133.5 cm,the growth duration of eⅡyou 315 was 145 days.Compared to Shanyou 63,eⅡyou 315 had a significant increase in the average yield(8350.5 kg·hm-2),rose by 10.1%.Moreover,the high-yielding and high-effect cultural techniques were promoted.
