摘要:
[目的] 研究温度对7种山蚂蝗属种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。[方法] 采用纸上发芽法,测定不同温度下南美山蚂蝗、山蚂蝗、假地豆、绒毛山蚂蝗、糙伏山蚂蝗、异叶山蚂蝗和赤山绿豆等7种山蚂蝗属种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和幼苗生长情况,确定萌发期的适宜温度,并比较参试植物对温度的适应性。[结果] 参试山蚂蝗属种子萌发和幼苗生长最适宜的温度范围是20~35℃;种子萌发的最低、最高临界温度分别为10、45℃,幼苗生长的最低、最高临界温度分别为15、40℃,不同山蚂蝗属种子萌发适宜温度存在较大差异。[结论] 山蚂蝗、假地豆(海南)、假地豆(贵州)、赤山绿豆对温度适应性相对较强,南美山蚂蝗不耐热,绒毛山蚂蝗、糙伏山蚂蝗、异叶山蚂蝗对低温和高温均较敏感。
Abstract:
[Purpose] To study the effect of temperature on seed germination and seedling growth of Desmodium Desv.[Method] Seeds of seven Desmodium Desv. species, including D.tortuosum (Sw.) DC., D.racemosum DC., D.heterocarpon (L.) DC., D.velutinum (Willd.) DC., D.strigillosum Schindl., D.heterophyllum (Willd.) DC. and D.rubrum (Lour.) DC., were allowed to germinate on papers to measure the germination rate, germination potential, germination index, and seedling growth, to determine the optimum germination temperature, and to compare the adaptability of the participating species to different temperatures.[Result] The most suitable temperature range for seed germination and seedling development of Desmodium Desv. seeds was between 20 to 35℃; the lowest and highest critical temperatures of seed germination were 10 and 45℃, respectively; and the minimum and maximum critical temperature of seedling growth were 15 and 40℃, respectively. There were great differences in optimum seed germination temperatures for different Desmodium Desv. species.[Conclusion] Among the seven Desmodium Desv. species, D.racemosum DC., D.heterocarpon (L.) DC. (Hainan), D.heterocarpon (L.) DC. (Guizhou), and D.rubrum (Lour.) DC. had relatively strong temperature adaptability. D.tortuosum (Sw.) DC. was not resistant to heat. D.velutinum (Willd.) DC., D.strigillosum Schindl. and D.heterophyllum (Willd.) DC. were the most sensitive to either low or high temperature.
