摘要:
[目的] 研究油茶无性系间杂交亲和力,为良种选育和授粉树配置提供参考。[方法] 选取长林4号、长林18号、长林40号、长林53号、赣68、赣70、赣无2、华硕、湘210号、赣石84-8、赣兴48等11个油茶无性系材料,采用人工杂交控制授粉,计算21个杂交组合的成果率、单果结籽数和亲和指数,并结合花期观测分析杂交亲和力。[结果] (1)不同杂交组合间的成果率、单果结籽数、亲和指数差异显著,部分无性系间存在杂交不亲和,这可能是引起油茶低产的原因之一。(2)通过综合评价,筛选出6个最佳配置组合,即赣70、赣68、赣石84-8、长林4号分别与长林53号配置栽培,赣70、赣无2分别与长林4号配置栽培。[结论] 油茶良种选育中,不仅要比较经济性状差异,也要明确良种的授粉树配置;普通油茶低产林更新改造可选用长林53号。
Abstract:
[Purpose] To study the cross compatibility among Camellia oleifera clones and to provide references for the breeding of improved varieties and the selection of pollination trees.[Method] Eleven Camellia oleifera clones, namely, Changlin 4, Changlin 18, Changlin 40, Changlin 53, Gan 68, Gan 70, Ganwu 2, Huashuo, Xiang 210, Ganshi 84-8, and Ganxing 48, were selected as the tested material. Twenty-one cross combinations were made using controlled pollinations. The fruit setting rate, the number of seeds per fruit, and the compatibility index of the 21 cross combinations were calculated, and the cross compatibility was analyzed by combining flowering observations.[Result] (1) There were significant differences in fruit setting rate, the number of seeds per fruit, and cross compatibility index among different cross combinations. Some clones had incompatible crosses, which might be one of the reasons for low yield of Camellia oleifera. (2) Through comprehensive evaluation, six optimal cross combinations were identified, namely, Gan 70, Gan 68, Ganshi 84-8, or Changlin 4 each to cross with Changlin 53, respectively, and Gan 70 or Ganwu 2 each to cross with Changlin 4, respectively.[Conclusion] In the selection and breeding of Camellia oleifera, it is necessary not only to compare the difference in economic traits, but also to clarify the pollination tree configuration of the elite clones. Changlin 53 can be selected for the regeneration and transformation of common low-yielding Camellia oleifera forests.
