摘要:
[目的] 探索适合蝙蝠蛾蛹生存和羽化的通风、光照条件以及培养基质。[方法] 分别对蝙蝠蛾蛹羽化的通风条件(分别设置室内微风、室内无风2个处理,以自然条件为对照)、光照条件(分别设置散射光、LED灯光照射2个处理,以直射光照射为对照)和基质种类(分别设置泥炭土、水苔和椰糠3个处理,以草甸土为对照)进行单因素试验,比较分析各处理的蛹死亡率和羽化率,探索蝙蝠蛾蛹羽化的最优条件。[结果] 室内微风处理有利于蝙蝠蛾蛹的羽化和健康成虫的获得;散射光处理可显著提高蝙蝠蛾蛹的羽化率;以椰糠与草甸为培养基质,蛹羽化率和健康成虫获得率上差异均不显著,两者在培养蝙蝠蛾蛹时效果相似,且优于泥炭土和水苔基质。[结论] 室内微风和散射光照处理有利于提高蝙蝠蛾蛹的羽化率,椰糠可作为蝙蝠蛾蛹的替代培养基质。
Abstract:
[Purpose] To explore ventilation, light conditions, and substrates qualities that are suitable for the survival and emergence of Hepialus armoricanus moth pupaes.[Method] Ventilation conditions involved two treatments, i.e., indoor breeze or indoor no-wind, with natural conditions as the control. Two light conditions (scattered lights or LED light) were set with direct lights as the control. There were three substrate types, namely, peat soil, water moss, or coconut bran, with meadow soil as the control. Single factor tests were conducted to compare and analyze the pupal mortality and moth emergence rate of each treatment to find out the optimal condition for emergence of H.armoricanus moth pupaes.[Result] Indoor breeze was conductive to the emergence of H.armoricanus moth pupaes and the acquisition of healthy adults. Scattered light treatment could significantly increase the emergence rate of pupae. There was no significant difference in terms of pupae emergence rate or the rate of obtaining healthy adults between coconut bran and meadow soil, which had similar effects on H.armoricanus moth pupaes culturing, and it is better than peat soil and water moss substrate.[Conclusion] Indoor breeze and scattered light treatments could improve the pupa emergence rate. Coconut bran could be used as substitute culture substrate for H.armoricanus moth pupaes culturing.
