摘要:
[目的] 探讨增氧处理对密集烘烤烤后烟叶质量的影响。[方法] 以云烟87烟叶为试验材料,探讨了增氧处理、常规烘烤(CK)对高海拔烟区密集烘烤烤后烟叶烘烤成本、经济性状、外观质量、化学成分和感官质量的影响。[结果] (1)增氧处理可有效缩短烘烤总耗时13.5 h以上。(2)增氧处理烤后烟叶的上中等烟比例、产值分别比CK提高0.38%、249.66元·烤-1以上;综合氧气、煤炭、电费和劳力成本,增氧处理经济效益比CK提高429.43元·烤-1以上。(3)增氧处理下,X2F烟叶外观质量整体评价稍差于CK;C3F、B2F烟叶外观质量整体评价稍优于CK。(4)增氧处理下,X2F烟叶内在化学成分含量适宜程度及协调性整体表现稍低于CK;C3F、B2F烟叶与CK无明显差异。(5)增氧处理下,X2F和B2F烟叶感官质量略优于CK。[结论] 增氧处理可缩短烘烤耗时、降低烘烤成本,且烤后烟叶质量无明显变化,具有生产应用价值。
Abstract:
[Purpose] To investigate the effect of oxygenation treatment during intensive curing on tobacco leave quality.[Method] Using the flue-cured tobacco variety Yunyan 87 as the test material, the curing cost, economic characteristics, appearance quality, chemical composition, and sensory quality of the intensively-cured tobacco leaves from oxygenation curing and conventional curing (CK) in high-altitude tobacco areas were discussed. [Result] (1) oxygenation treatment can effectively shorten the total curing time by more than 13.5 h. (2) The proportion and the output value of the upper- and middle-rate tobacco leaves after oxygenation treatment increase by 0.38% and 249.66 yuan·barn-1 more than the CK, respectively. Combining the costs of oxygen, coal, electricity, and labor, the economy benefit of each oxygenation-curing barn increased by more than 429.43 yuan. (3) Under the oxygenation treatment, the overall evaluation of the appearance quality of X2F tobacco leaves was slightly worse than that of the CK treatment; however, the overall evaluation of the appearance quality of C3F and B2F tobacco leaves was slightly better than the of the CK treatment. (4) Under oxygenation treatment, the content of internal chemical components and the overall performance of the X2F tobacco leaves were slightly lower than that of CK; however, there was no significant difference between C3F, B2F and CK. (5) Under oxygenation treatment, the sensory quality of X3F and B2F tobacco leaves was slightly better than that of the CK treatment. [Conclusion] Oxygenation of intensive barns can shorten the curing time and reduce the curing cost, and the quality of the tobacco leaves with no obvious change after curing, which has application value in flue-cured tobacco leaf production.
