摘要:
[目的] 筛选高产高质的厚荚相思优良种质资源。[方法] 在闽南山地开展厚荚相思无性系测定,采用方差分析、多重比较、主成分分析和权重综合评分法对不同无性系进行分析和筛选。[结果] 30个无性系的胸径、树高、材积、枝下高、干形和冠幅差异均达到显著或极显著水平;胸径、树高、材积、枝下高、干形和冠幅在评价体系中的权重分别为:2.97%、23.04%、24.28%、20.06%、11.71%和17.94%;经综合评分法选出43、30、41、15、10、14、38、42、23、40、31、4、39、19、27号共15个生长和干形较为优良的无性系,其胸径、树高、材积、枝下高、干形、冠幅均值分别为16.06 cm、15.16 m、0.150 8 m3、6.30 m、3.30、4.22 m。[结论] 参试的30个无性系性状差异较大,为优良无性系的选择提供了基础;参与评价的各项指标可用于后期优良种质材料的评价;选出的厚荚相思无性系可作为后期良种繁育和高产高质林分培育的优良种质材料。
Abstract:
[Purpose] To screen for superior high-yielding and high-quality Acacia crassifolia germplasm resources for timber forest production. [Method] A test of 30 A.crassifolia clones was carried out in mountainous area of Southern Fujian. Variance analysis, multiple comparisons, principal component analysis, and weighted comprehensive scoring methods were used to evaluate and select the superior clones. [Result] The differences for all the traits among the 30 clones were significant or extremely significant. The weights of chest diameter, tree height, timber volume, under branch height, stem type, and crown width differed by 2.97%, 23.04%, 24.28%, 20.06%, 11.71%, and 17.94%, respectively. By comprehensive scoring method, 15 clones (43, 30, 41, 15, 10, 14, 38, 42, 23, 40, 31, 4, 39, 19 and 27) were selected as superior clones. The average values of DBH, tree height, timber volume, under branch height, stem shape, crown width of these 15 clones reached 16.06 cm, 15.16m, 0.150 8 m3, 6.30 m, 3.30, and 4.22 m, respectively. [Conclusion] The traits varied greatly among the 30 clones tested, which provided a basis for selection of superior clones. These indicators evaluated could be used at a later stage for the selection of excellent germplasm material. The selected A.crassifolia clones could be used as excellent germplasm for breeding improved varieties for high-yielding and high-quality timber forest cultivation.
