摘要:
[目的] 调查福建省沿海地区建柏病虫害种类及发生情况,为建柏病虫害防治提供参考。[方法] 在福建省3个林场采用野外定点观察、病害分离鉴定及室内昆虫饲养相结合的方法,初步调查福建省沿海地区建柏的病虫害种类。[结果] 建柏林分发生的病虫害有7种。其中,常发病害1种,初步诊断为建柏枯萎病(Rosellinia sp.);常发虫害1种,经鉴定为黑翅土白蚁(Odontotermes formosanus Shiraki);零星发生病害为建柏赤枯病(Pestolotia sp.);零星发生虫害主要有黄胸散白蚁(Reticulitermes flaviceps Oshina)、秩毒蛾(Olene sp.)、鞭角华扁叶蜂(Chinolyda flagellicornis F.Smith)、蜀柏毒蛾(Parocneria orienta Chao)。[结论] 建柏枯萎病属土传病害,于建柏幼苗根部危害且极具侵染性,感病株率达28.36%,平均感病指数为22.5,应加强相关快速诊断与防治研究。黑翅土白蚁在建柏栽培区域广泛分布和发生,部分建柏林分危害率高达56.7%,是危害建柏林分的重要害虫种类,需重点关注并构建高效、环保的防治技术。建柏赤枯病感病指数很低,未造成灾害;零星发生的虫害虫口密度低,均属于次要害虫,仍需加强监测。
Abstract:
[Purpose] To investigate the species and occurrence of disease and insect pests of Fokienia hodginsii in the coastal areas of Fujian Province to provide reference for pest control. [Method] On three forest farms in the coastal areas of Fujian Province, combined methods of field observation, disease isolation and identification, and indoor insect rearing were used to investigate the species of disease and insect pests of F.hodginsii. [Result] Seven kinds of diseases and insect pestswere detected in F.hodginsii stands. Among them, there were one common disease, which was initially diagnosed as Rosellinia sp., one common insect pest, identified as Odontotermes formosanus Shiraki, one sporadic disease, Pestolotia sp., and four sporadic insect pests, Reticulmes flaviceps Oshina, Olene sp., Chinolyda flagellicornis F.Syringh, and Parocneria orienta Chao. [Conclusion] Rosellinia sp. is a soil-borne disease, which is harmful to the root of F.hodginsii seedlings and is highly infectious. The rate of susceptible plants was 28.36%, and the average susceptibility index was 22.5. Therefore, relevant rapid diagnosis and prevention research should be strengthened. Odontotermes formosanus Shiraki are widely distributed and occur in the cultivation area of F.hodginsii, and the damage rate of some F.hodginsii stands is as high as 56.7%. These termites are critical pest species that endange F.hodginsii. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention and to build efficient and environmentally friendly control techniques. The infection index of Rosellinia sp. is very low and causes no disaster. Sporadic outbreaks of insect pests with low density are minor pests, but also need to be monitored closely.
