摘要:
[目的] 探究不同栽培生境下马蓝叶片生理及药效成分的差异,为福建青黛道地产区书峰乡马蓝的种植管理提供参考。[方法] 在书峰乡阳生、半阴生和阴生3种栽培生境下种植马蓝,对不同生境下2次采样(7月30日、9月30日)的马蓝叶片形态、生理指标及药效成分含量进行比较。[结果] (1)2次采样马蓝叶片大小、单叶质量和含水量表现为:阴生>半阴生>阳生。(2)2次采样马蓝叶片总叶绿素含量为:阴生>半阴生>阳生;阴生马蓝叶片叶绿素a/叶绿素b显著小于阳生和半阴生;类胡萝卜素/总叶绿素为:阳生>半阴生>阴生;丙二醛(MDA)含量为:阳生>半阴生>阴生,超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶的变化与MDA不一致;可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸含量变化基本表现为:阳生>半阴生>阴生。(3)9月30日即最后一次收割时,阳生马蓝的吲哚苷、靛玉红含量较半阴生和阴生有较大幅度提高,阴生马蓝叶片药效成分含量最低。[结论] 在"建青黛"道地产区,阴生或半阴生生境有利于马蓝的生长,但阳生生境更有利于其药效成分积累。
Abstract:
[Purpose] To explore the differences of physiological and medicinal components of Baphicacanthus cusia leaves under different cultivation habitats in Shufeng Township of Xianyou County, and to provide a theoretical basis for B.cusia plantation management in Fujian genuine producing area.[Method] B.cusia were planted in 3 cultivation habitats with different light intensities, including sunny, semi-shady, and shady conditions. Leaves were harvested twice on 30 June and 30 September, and the morphology, physiological indexes and pharmacodynamic components were measured and compared.[Result] The results showed that (1) the size, weight and water content of B.cusia leaves successively declined from shady condition to semi shady and sunny conditions. (2) Total chlorophyll content followed the order of shade>semi-shade>sunny condition. Chlorophyll a/b ratio was significantly lower in shady condition than those in sunny and semi-shady conditions. The ratio of carotenoids to total chlorophyll was sorted in the order of sunny condition>semi-shade>shade. Malondialdehyde content followed the order of sunny condition>semi-shade>shade, which was not consistent with the changes of superoxide dismutase and peroxidase contents. Overall soluble sugar, soluble protein and proline contents declined from sunny condition to semi-shady and shady conditions successively. (3) The contents of indican and indirubin were greatly higher in B.cusia leaves from the 2nd harvest than other harvest and cultivation habitats, while the contents of medicinal components grown in shady condition was the lowest.[Conclusion] In Fujian genuine producing area of indigo naturalis, shady or semi-shady habitat is conducive to the growth of B.cusia, while sunny habitat is conducive to the accumulation of medicinal components.
